Contact for S/V "Rebecca J"

Notice:  By applying for sailing aboard Rebecca J, and in consideration of being accepted, I agree that I am  knowledgeable of the risks of  sailing and know that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to take part in an event  on any given day. I voluntarily assume the risk of participation in these events and release Rebecca J, John Wandling  and other people participating in the event from any and all liability in connection with any injury that may occur. I hereby waive, release, and cancel any and all claims I may have against Rebecca J,  her captain and crew members arising out of any sailing functions and activities. I further acknowledge that participation in the sport of sailing wind driven boats in competitive events is an inherently dangerous sport in which I have chosen to engage.
